Bobbie Boykin – General Manager, Fed95
Bobbie Boykin is the General Manager of Fed95, LLC, a 100% wholly-owned subsidiary of the parent company, Waséyabek Development Company, LLC (WDC). Mr. Boykin engages the Federal Government at all levels to maximize Fed95ʼs footprint and capabilities providing technical, non-personal services that encompass the Department of Defense, the Department of State, as well as all 15 departments of the Executive Branch. Mr. Boykin leverages his 25+ years of U.S. Federal Government experience to grow and establish a vibrant Fed95 presence within all areas of the U.S. Government. Mr. Boykin has served as Chief Financial Officer and/or the Chief Operating Officer of major consulting companies and held positions on their Board of Directors. Additionally, Mr. Boykin has overseen more than six mergers and acquisitions of companies performing services in the federal arena.
In past positions, Mr. Boykin has run counter-narcotic programs for International Narcotics and Law Enforcement (Department of State) and has won contracts supporting many IT Programs within the Department of Defense, the Department of State, and other agencies. He was responsible for the hiring of the first CEO of the Millennium Challenge Corporation, established by General Colin Powell. Under the U.S. Department of State direction, Mr. Boykin established a team to provide Nation Building expertise and oversight to the Republic of Kosovo after they declared Independence in 2008. He has developed programs for the training of judges in Iraq and Afghanistan, which established the key points for the Rule of Law in both locations. He was instrumental in training forces in support of Southern Sudan before Southern Sudan’s independence. He has helped the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence establish and staff the first Insider Threat Program. Mr. Boykin is a Veteran of the United States Air Force, where he served President Clinton and other Special Air Missions and was awarded a Distinguished Service Award from Secretary Colin Powell for his role as a key communicator during the 9/11 attacks.
Mr. Boykin is married with three children and immensely enjoys an occasional round of golf, when his professional and parental responsibilities allow.
