Waséyabek-CTI Environmental Services JV, LLC, (WCES) is an 8(a) small business (SB). WCES is an SBA-approved mentor-protégé 8(a) joint venture specializing in environmental restoration, compliance and consulting, engineering, construction, and construction management services.

WCES is an SBA approved mentor-protégé 8(a) joint venture consisting of Fed95, LLC, (Protégé) and CTI and Associates, Inc. (Mentor), with Fed95 being the current 8(a) participant.

WCES has the advantages of meeting Fed95’s size/socioeconomic classifications and combining the past performance/relevant experience of both Fed95 and CTI – allowing our customers to receive the utilization benefit of a 100% Tribally-owned 8(a) while combining the full capabilities, qualifications, and past performance of both companies into a seamlessly integrated team.

 

Fed95, LLC
Fed95, LLC, (Fed95) is a subsidiary of Waséyabek Development Company, LLC (WDC), a 100% Tribally-owned Native American entity organized in the State of Michigan and owned by the Nottawaseppi Huron Band of the Potawatomi (NHBP). Services include industrial hygiene, environmental restoration and compliance, and hazardous materials and chemical management.

CTI and Associates, Inc.
Established in 1976, CTI and Associates, Inc. (CTI) is a small business specializing in environmental restoration, compliance, engineering, and construction. Since 2008, CTI has managed and executed 80+ TOs totaling $100M+ under contracts with the DoD, DOE, other federal agencies, and commercial and municipal clients. Federal experience includes IRP, FUDS, BRAC, FUSRAP, MMR, and Superfund.
